Safety and Security are our 1st Priority

Staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are trained in the handling of emergencies. Qualified care is available during periods of illness or convalescence. A “lifecall” personal response system is highly recommended so that staff can respond promptly in an urgent situation. Medical house calls can be arranged.

Video surveillance is in operation. The lobby can be monitored in each apartment. A fire escape exits to the exterior from each apartment. An extensive network of smoke detectors, pull stations and sprinklers are linked to the fire department. Staff is on hand around the clock to assist in such emergencies.
